A passionate team of Australian gamers dedicated to honest, in-depth coverage of the games and esports events that matter.
VectorGaming was founded in 2019 by a group of Sydney-based gaming enthusiasts who were frustrated by the lack of locally focused, genuinely independent game coverage. We set out to build a platform that puts the player first — no sponsored scores, no pay-to-review arrangements, and no hidden agendas.
Today, our team of 12 expert reviewers and esports journalists covers everything from indie gems to AAA blockbusters, as well as the thriving Australian and New Zealand esports scene. We attend tournaments in person, play games to completion before reviewing them, and always disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
Our editorial standards are simple: if we wouldn't recommend a game to a friend, we won't recommend it to our readers. Every score on VectorGaming reflects genuine, considered opinion backed by hours of playtime.
Our review scores are never influenced by advertisers, publishers, or platform holders. Every rating is earned purely on merit.
We review games from an Australian context — considering local server availability, pricing, and the ANZ gaming community's unique preferences.
We are dedicated supporters of the Australian esports ecosystem, covering grassroots events alongside international tournaments with equal passion.
Our readers are our most important stakeholders. We actively incorporate community feedback into our coverage priorities and review formats.
Twelve passionate gamers and journalists based across Australia, united by a love of great games.
